The MW Sealift kit is a precision-engineered aftermarket modification product designed to enhance car audio functionality, vehicle seating position, and passenger comfort. This product is not manufactured, endorsed, or approved by the original vehicle manufacturer or by any federal or state governmental agency, including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
MW Sealift products are designed using recognized engineering practices and reference standards, including those published by SAE International. However, unless expressly stated in writing, M&W Sealift products have not been independently certified or approved by third-party testing or certification organizations such as UL Solutions, Intertek, or similar entities.
This product has not been evaluated or certified for compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), 49 C.F.R. Part 571, or other state or federal motor vehicle safety regulations. Installation of aftermarket components may affect a vehicle’s original equipment configuration and regulatory compliance.
By purchasing, installing, or using the MW Sealift kit, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Installation should be performed by a qualified individual with appropriate mechanical knowledge, tools, and experience. Proper installation is essential to ensure optimal product performance and safety.
2. The MW Sealift kit is an aftermarket modification component. The purchaser and installer accept responsibility for evaluating the suitability of the product for their specific vehicle and intended use.
3. The purchaser and installer are solely responsible for ensuring that installation and use of this product complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and vehicle requirements.
4. The purchaser and installer are responsible for periodically inspecting the installed components to ensure continued safe operation and proper performance.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Missouri and federal law, MW Sealift, its owners, officers, employees, distributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to the installation, use, misuse, or modification of this product, including but not limited to vehicle damage, property damage, loss of use, loss of profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Purchase, installation, or use of the MW Sealift kit constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Safety and Compliance Disclaimer.
