Refund policy

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless prior written arrangements have been approved.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before any item may be returned. Returns submitted without an approved RMA will be refused.

To qualify for an RMA:

* Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled

* Items must be in original condition and packaging

* Used, installed, modified, or damaged items will not be accepted under any circumstances.

All return shipping and freight charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. MW Sealift's does not provide return labels.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date. No exceptions.
